- Items used, washed, or missing parts/accessories
- Products marked final sale or opened hygiene-sensitive goods
- Requests made after the 7-day return window
Refund method
For cash-on-delivery orders, approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet once the returned item passes inspection. You will receive confirmation by email when your refund is initiated.
